We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Representative to join our shoe trading company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, promoting our shoe products, and driving sales growth. This role requires a combination of marketing expertise, sales skills, and a passion for the apparel industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify target customer segments, trends, and competitive landscape.

2. Create compelling marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising, to increase company visibility and attract customers.

3. Manage social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and monitoring company reputation.

4. Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other marketing professionals to create marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, and online content.

5. Attend industry trade shows, events, and exhibitions to showcase our shoe products and network with potential customers.

6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including shoe manufacturers, retailers, and distributors.

7. Identify new sales opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.

Requirements and skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the apparel industry.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

· Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and content creation.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Flexibility to travel for industry events and client meetings as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
